6:15pm Formalities begin, brief introduction
6:20pm Phase #1 Meet the Election Candidates Each party candidate representative will be given five minutes uninterrupted to present their Pure Campaign message.
6:50pm Phase #2 Q&A Panel Discussion Will be a Q&A session with Candidates, MC’ed by Steven OATES
7:50pm - 8:00pm Phase #3 Mingling with Candidates Networking, Catering and a chance for all to meet Candidates and ask questions directly.New Zealand General Election will be held Saturday, 19 September, 2020 www.vote.nz

You are invited to attend Rainbow Auckland as we are finally and safely able to have our AGM.
Local Parking: On the Street or Pollen Street Carpark
Evening Layout: 5:30pm – Doors open – Please note there will be no door charge as we just want to connect post-Lockdown – In lieu of a fee, there will be the opportunity to DONATE towards the campaign: www.sweatwithpride.com – Contact tracing H&S, there will be an optional QR code to scan at the door

Business Ordinary Resolutions - To receive and confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting, 5 June 2019.
- To receive and consider the following:
- (a) the President's Report
- (b) the Treasurer's Report for the year ending 31 March 2020
- (c) the Membership Committee's Report
Election of Officers Must all be financial or life members. - (a) President
- (b) Treasurer
- (c) Secretary
- (d) Executive Members.
Notes To Members Regarding Voting and EligibilityNew members must have been a paid-up member of the Association for no fewer than fourteen days at the time of the Annual General Meeting to be eligible to vote. - All paid up members (excluding new members) as at the date of the AGM, and Life Members are entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting and vote.
- For clarification each Corporate Member ‘Bundle’ shall be entitled to three votes, and Business, Small Business Member bundles, 2 votes.
- Couple Members are entitled to vote as Ordinary Members
- Under the Constitution proxy voting is permitted, so long as if presented in writing from a financial or life member who is eligible to vote. A representative must be present to represent the proxy vote.
